What is a Report of Findings?
While your first visit at Precision Chiropractic is focused on finding the problem, your second visit is focused on making a game plan for fixing the problem! We call this appointment the Report of Findings, based on what the doctor finds in your x-rays.
When you walk in the door for this appointment, you’ll be greeted by name and escorted to the next available adjustment room. We will have your x-rays prepared, along with a written report of the doctor’s findings. We will show you your x-rays and explain the problem areas in detail!
From there, the doctor will adjust you. Keeping in mind that chiropractic adjustments facilitate a healing process, a care plan will be presented to you based on your x-rays and health concerns. There are payment options along with these care plans.
Depending on the care plan, we will get you all set up at the front desk! We’ll also schedule your next appointments, usually on a weekly schedule according to your care plan, so it is helpful to bring your calendar with you.
In total, this appointment should be about 30 minutes. Lastly, you’ll be sent off with a smile and a small gift! We look forward to taking care of you, and expect great improvement!
